Main component inspection
For castings entering the factory, our company has a relatively strict control system. Firstly, the appearance must be clean, beautiful, and elegant. Secondly, we have hardness testing equipment that performs hardness testing and composition analysis on each batch of castings.
For ductile iron castings, we require that each batch must have a flaw detection report.
Complete machine testing
The air volume and pressure directly affect the efficiency of the customer's on-site use. For this purpose, we have established an "Intelligent Detection Center for Blower". Simulate operating conditions for each assembled blower.
The intelligent testing center for wind turbines, built with an investment of over 6 million yuan, is exclusively developed by our company through a strong collaboration between Shenyang blower research institute and the Shenyang branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is the most authoritative, professional, and high-precision fan performance testing center in China's Roots blower industry.
The testing center has a total of 15 testing lines, which can detect the performance parameters of different fans under different powers of 5.5kW-400kW, and has the ability to process more than 100 units/set per day. The engineering computer automatically collects and detects various data such as flow rate, pressure, and temperature of the blower on the inspection line, and displays them on the LCD screen for the convenience of personnel recording. The detection center automatically calculates data such as volumetric specific energy and fan efficiency, and automatically organizes, saves, and prints them, completely eliminating errors caused by human operations.
All instruments used in the detection line are designed and manufactured by the Shenyang Branch of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with an accuracy of high precision level 0.5% (0.5%). The ultra-high precision of fan detection provides a strong guarantee for strict control of product quality; Accurate performance testing completely eliminates the phenomenon of excessive flow waste and insufficient low flow caused by inaccurate fan performance in the transportation of rare gases in industries such as chemical, food, and medicine.
Our company adopts simulated working condition experiments for every fan produced, and each fan undergoes strict testing before leaving the factory, with a 100% pass rate.
